Greg has interpreted a broad range of contracts from joint venture and trust agreements to easements and real estate disclosure statements. He is familiar with the construction and application of a wide variety of legislative schemes, including the <em>Local Government Act, Strata Property Act, Land Title Act <\/em>and<em> Real Estate Development Marketing Act. <\/em>He is a monthly contributor to DiCastri\u2019s Registration of Title to Land.<\/p>\n<p>Greg lives on the beautiful Sunshine Coast with his wife and enjoys the local beaches and trails with his dog daily.
