He represents individuals and businesses involved in a wide array of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, oppression remedy claims, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and misrepresentation claims.<\/p><p>Milaad has particular experience helping clients resolve real estate and construction related disputes and has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as before administrative tribunals and in private arbitrations.<\/p><p>Outside the office, Milaad enjoys reading, traveling and exploring the North Shore mountains.<\/p><h4><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h4><ul><li>Peter A.
