He assists clients with the establishment of business entities, share and asset purchase agreements, corporate reorganizations, commercial lending and borrowing, and commercial real estate transactions.<\/p><p>Jon enjoys learning about his clients\u2019 business in order to generate opportunities for growth. His science background enables him to provide legal solutions with a pragmatic mindset and attention to detail.<\/p><p>In his spare time, Jon enjoys trying new restaurants around the city, playing tennis, and spending time with his pets.
