He has maintained a broad solicitor practice for over 20 years, primarily focused on corporate finance and securities law, commercial transactions and lending and secured finance.<\/p><p>Mihai routinely represents both public and private companies as well as underwriters and agents, in a broad range of sectors including: industrial technology, natural resources, energy, retail and financial services.
